1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your login session or language preference — so you don’t have to re-enter it each time.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage for the same purposes.
2. Who Sets Cookies on This Site
Cookies on eupostez.md are set by:
- DIGITAL SPECTRUM S.R.L. (first-party) — for login, security, and your interface preferences
- Stripe, Inc. (third-party) — only during secure payment processing, as described in Section 4
3. Cookies and Storage We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.

3.2 Functional Preferences (Local Storage)
To remember your interface choices, we store small functional values in your browser’s local storage — for example your selected language (RO / EN / RU) and whether the sidebar is collapsed. These are set only when you make a choice, are never shared with anyone, do not track you, and can be cleared at any time through your browser. Because they are strictly functional and set at your request, they do not require consent.
3.3 Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not use:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Third-party analytics or tracking cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
- Behavioural profiling cookies
- Any cookie that tracks you across other websites
4. Third-Party Cookies
The following third-party service may set cookies when you use the Platform:

Stripe’s cookies are strictly necessary for secure payment processing. We do not control Stripe’s cookie behaviour.

Browser settings: You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, and to clear local storage, at any time. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.

6. Cookie Duration
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire on the date shown in Section 3 or when you delete them manually. Local storage values remain until you clear them in your browser.
7. Changes to This Policy
We will update this Cookie Policy if we add or remove cookies. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated on this page and, for registered users, by email.
