Data Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete all data we hold about you — at any time, at no cost, no questions asked.

Fastest

Delete from inside your account

1 Log in at eupostez.md
2 Go to Settings → Security
3 Scroll to the Danger Zone and click Delete Account
4 Enter your password to confirm
5 Confirm Yes, delete my account

Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out. Remaining data is fully erased within 14 days. No further action is needed.

Request deletion by email

Send an email to privacy@eupostez.md with:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Your full name

Email address linked to your account

We verify your identity within 2 business days. Full deletion completes within 30 days of a verified request.

What gets permanently deleted

Uploaded images and video files	Within 72 hours
Brand profile and voice settings	Within 14 days
All posts, captions, and content drafts	Within 14 days
Weekly survey responses	Within 14 days
Support correspondence	Within 30 days

⚠️ What we are legally required to keep: Invoices and payment records are retained for 7 years under accounting law. These contain only your name, billing country, and amounts paid — no social content, no tokens, no brand data. Card details are held by Stripe, not us.

Disconnect a social account without closing your account

1Go to Accounts in the left sidebar

2Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove

This immediately deletes the stored access token and ends our ability to publish to that account. Your remaining account and content are not affected.

Remove Eu Postez access directly from each platform

Facebook facebook.com → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → find Eu Postez → Remove

Instagram Instagram app → Profile → ☰ → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Active → find Eu Postez → Remove

TikTok TikTok app → Profile → ☰ → Settings and Privacy → Privacy → Manage App Permissions → find Eu Postez → Remove Access

LinkedIn linkedin.com → Me → Settings & Privacy → Data Privacy → Third-party applications → find Eu Postez → Remove

What happens after you request deletion

✓If you request deletion by email, you receive a reply confirming we've accepted your request

✓You receive a final email once deletion is complete

✓In-account deletions take effect immediately — no confirmation needed
